Users manage online prescriptions, order medicines, book lab test slots, and schedule appointments. Built for hospitals, D2C brands, and insurers, it provides a configurable, multi-tenant architecture with operator-specific branding, inventory, discounts, and features.
The challenge
Customers lacked a unified way to search, order, and track medicines, especially prescription products. Lab services were separated from pharmacy ordering, operators needed their own branded experience without changing the core platform, and doctor availability and bookings lacked structured scheduling.
