Responsible Commercial Communication
No Unsolicited Messages
Neura Dynamics does not send, and does not permit any employee, contractor, affiliate, or third party acting on our behalf to send, mass unsolicited advertising to personal or consumer email addresses, or any message using deceptive, false, or misleading practices.
Responsible Data Sourcing
Neura Dynamics identifies prospective business contacts through professional sales intelligence and enrichment platforms (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, FullEnrich, and AIArk), which surface publicly available professional contact information for legitimate B2B outreach. We do not use automated bots or scrapers to harvest email addresses from websites indiscriminately or out of context.
Legal Basis for Outreach
Neura Dynamics conducts business-to-business outreach on the basis of legitimate business interest, contacting individuals whose professional role is relevant to the outreach. We do not send unsolicited marketing to personal or consumer email addresses.
Every commercial email includes a clear, functional unsubscribe link. Recipients may also contact us at any time to request removal from future communications, as described in the Reporting Abuse section below. We do not retain, reuse, sell, or share contact data with unrelated third parties following such a request.
Neura Dynamics reviews its outreach practices on an ongoing basis to remain compliant with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws in the jurisdictions where it operates.
Sender Practices
Accurate Header Information: We do not use false, misleading, or forged header information, deceptive subject lines, or spoofed sender addresses in any message originating from our domains.
Email Authentication: Neura Dynamics authenticates its outbound email using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on all sending domains, helping ensure that messages are verifiably sent by us and protecting recipients from spoofed or forged mail impersonating our domains.
Third-Party Compliance: Any vendor, partner, or service provider sending communications on behalf of Neura Dynamics is contractually required to comply with this Policy and with applicable anti-spam law.
Reporting Abuse
How to Report: If you believe you have received an unsolicited message from Neura Dynamics, or that our domain has been used to send spam without authorization, please report it to help@neuradynamics.ai. All reports are investigated, and any confirmed violation results in appropriate corrective action, including suspension of sending access.
