Overview
NeuraDynamics designed and built a full end-to-end PR platform structured around the complete press release lifecycle — from first idea to journalist inbox to tracked engagement — with AI embedded at every stage.
Business Challenge
The client identified a systemic gap in the UK food & beverage market: small and independent F&B businesses have compelling stories to tell — product launches, brand milestones, sustainability commitments — but they lack the PR expertise, media connections, and tools to turn those stories into press coverage.
Existing platforms like Prowly and Pressmaster serve the broad market but offer no industry focus. The client needed a PR platform purpose-built for the UK F&B sector — one that could guide a brewery founder or artisan bakery owner through creating a professional press release and getting it in front of the right journalists, without prior PR knowledge.
No Accessible Content Creation:Writing a newsworthy press release requires skill most F&B founders do not have. Without guidance, drafts end up too promotional, too thin, or simply never written.
No Media Contacts in One Place:Small brands manually research journalists, maintain spreadsheets, and email each one individually — a process that rarely happens when a founder is also running the business.
No Branded Press Presence:Journalists expect a professional newsroom. Most SMEs lack a press page entirely, undermining credibility even when they do manage to send a release.
No Visibility Into What Works:Without open rate tracking or click data, brands and PR freelancers cannot learn from campaigns or demonstrate value to clients.
Solution Delivered
NeuraDynamics designed and built a full end-to-end PR platform structured around the complete press release lifecycle — from first idea to journalist inbox to tracked engagement — with AI embedded at every stage.
Six Integrated Modules
The platform was structured around the complete press release lifecycle, with six modules forming one seamless workflow.
Module 01 — AI-Powered Content Generator
Three input modes: guided text Q&A, voice input with live transcription, and a rich text editor.
An AI co-editor refines tone, length, and style.
Subject line and headline suggestions built in.
Module 02 — Brand Profile and AI Voice Training
Users submit their company URL or brand voice attributes during onboarding.
The platform generates a Brand Style Guide.
Ensures all AI content sounds like the brand — not a generic template.
Module 03 — Media Contacts Database
A curated, pre-populated database of UK F&B journalists, trade editors, and influencers.
Users can search, tag, and import their own lists via CSV.
Manage opt-outs within a CRM-style interface.
Module 04 — Press Release Distribution
Email campaigns to selected media contacts with AI-suggested subject lines.
Test-send preview included.
GDPR-compliant unsubscribe handling.
SPF/DKIM authentication and one-click newsroom publishing.
Module 05 — Online Newsroom
A hosted, branded newsroom under a client subdomain.
Customisable logo, brand colours, and banner image.
Per-release SEO meta fields.
Mobile-responsive with social sharing and a media contact section.
Module 06 — Analytics Dashboard
Per-campaign open rate, click-through, bounces, and unsubscribes.
Per-contact engagement view showing who opened or clicked.
Newsroom page view counts and summary trends across all sends.

Delivery Approach
Comms Pantry was built using an Agile-first model — structured sprint delivery, continuous validation at every phase boundary, and AI tooling embedded in the engineering workflow itself. Building an AI-embedded SaaS platform for a niche industry on a tight timeline required structured discipline, intelligent tooling, and senior engineering oversight at every integration boundary.
Discovery and Architecture First:All four user personas were mapped and six platform modules defined before a line of code was written — with system architecture accommodating Phase 2 features without requiring rework.
Phased Delivery with Continuous Validation:Each phase closed with testable end-to-end user journeys. The AI draft generator shipped first so content quality feedback could tune prompts across all subsequent phases.
AI-Accelerated Development:AI tooling was embedded in the engineering workflow — scaffolding API integrations, generating test cases, and accelerating front-end component build. The AI co-editor was iterated rapidly using prompt engineering.
Senior Engineers at Every Integration Point:Speech-to-text, LLM integration, email infrastructure (SPF/DKIM, open tracking), and GDPR-compliant contact management each had senior engineering ownership from day one.
Domain-Specific Quality Assurance:Targeted QA on AI output throughout the build — adjusting prompts, testing brand voice consistency across F&B business types, and ensuring the platform produces media-ready drafts.
Welcoming Change:The phased roadmap deliberately accommodated evolving requirements — media database curation, newsroom SEO depth, and GDPR compliance detail were all refined iteratively across phases.

Impact and Outcomes
By combining AI content generation with an industry-specific media database and a branded newsroom, the platform fundamentally lowers the bar for professional press engagement — making it accessible to businesses that could never previously afford it.
Zero-Barrier Press Release Creation:F&B SMEs and startups can produce and distribute professional press releases without hiring an agency or learning PR from scratch — dramatically reducing the cost barrier to media coverage.
Voice-First for Founders:Voice input with live transcription removes the writing barrier entirely for founders who can explain their brand compellingly in conversation but struggle to translate that into written form.
Day-One Media Contacts:The pre-curated UK F&B journalist database means users start with meaningful contacts from day one — rather than facing a blank list that takes months of research to fill.
Scalable for Agencies:Solo PR professionals and small agencies can manage multiple F&B brand voices and media lists in one platform, scaling their output without proportionally scaling their time.
Credible Press Presence for Every Brand:The branded online newsroom gives every user — even the smallest artisan producer — a credible, SEO-optimised press presence that journalists can reference and cite.
Closed-Loop Campaign Analytics:Per-contact engagement analytics give PR professionals concrete, shareable evidence of campaign performance — closing the loop between outreach effort and client-visible outcomes.
Conclusion
A craft brewery owner with no PR background can now speak their story aloud, get a media-ready press release in seconds, and send it to the right journalists — all before their morning coffee.
Comms Pantry, built by Neura Dynamics, makes professional PR accessible to every food and beverage brand in the UK.
