1. Use of Neuradynamics – User Commitments

You must be a natural person. The use of the services by automated systems or bots, unless authorized by Neura Dynamics, is prohibited. You agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy either as an individual or on behalf of your organization.

If you share your login credentials or access codes with a third party, you will be fully responsible for any actions taken by that third party on your behalf. Neura Dynamics disclaims any liability for such actions, which will be deemed as actions taken by you.
User Contributions
Should you provide questions, comments, suggestions, enhancements, ideas, or other feedback regarding the services, you grant Neura Dynamics the right to use and disclose such feedback without restriction and without compensation.
2. Acceptable Use
When using Neura Dynamics’s Services, you agree not to:
Provide system passwords or other login information to any unauthorized third party.
Share nonpublic system features or content with any third party.
Access the system for the purpose of developing a competitive product or service or to create a product utilizing similar ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the system.
Engage in web scraping, data scraping, or any other form of data collection that violates these Terms.
Use Neura Dynamics’s AI-driven tools or language models (LLMs) for generating or disseminating harmful, illegal, or unethical content.
3. Links to Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Neura Dynamics. Neura Dynamics has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
4. SMS Messaging Program (A2P)
Program Name: Neura Dynamics Notifications
Program Description: By opting into Neura Dynamics SMS services, you can expect to receive messages regarding account updates, service alerts, appointment reminders, and promotional offers related to our AI tools.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our short code or long code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
Customer Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sales@neuradynamics.ai.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates and Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on user interaction and account settings. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain components of the Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Billing Cycles are established on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select at the time of purchase.
