2. Acceptable Use
When using Neura Dynamics’s Services, you agree not to:

Access the system for the purpose of developing a competitive product or service or to create a product utilizing similar ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the system.
Engage in web scraping, data scraping, or any other form of data collection that violates these Terms.
Use Neura Dynamics’s AI-driven tools or language models (LLMs) for generating or disseminating harmful, illegal, or unethical content.
3. Links to Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Neura Dynamics. Neura Dynamics has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain components of the Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Billing Cycles are established on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select at the time of purchase.

"Your Data" refers to any data and content stored or transmitted via the Services by or on behalf of you or your end users, which may include data imported from third-party services. You retain full ownership of Your Data.
