Overview
Fledge Health is a white-label healthcare super-app built to serve multiple business models from a single codebase. The platform enables D2C pharmacy brands, hospital chains, corporate health benefit schemes, and insurance providers to each operate their own branded health app, with independent inventory, discounts, and catalogue controls, without touching the core product.
Business Challenge
The client needed a consumer-facing health platform that could serve multiple business models from a single codebase: D2C pharmacy brands, hospital chains, corporate health benefit schemes, and insurance providers, each with their own branding, inventory, and operational requirements. Existing platforms like Practo and MediBuddy had established user expectations; the challenge was to match that experience while building a genuinely white-label, operator-controlled system where each deploying business could manage their own SKUs, discounts, and catalogue without touching the core product.
Fragmented Medicine Access:Customers had no unified channel to search, order, and track medications, especially those requiring prescriptions or specific formats like strips and units.
Disconnected Diagnostics:Lab tests, health packages, X-ray, and MRI bookings were siloed from pharmacy ordering, forcing customers to use separate apps and processes.
No Configurable Multi-Tenant Setup:Each operator (hospital, insurer, D2C brand) needed their own branded experience with independent catalogue, discount, and order visibility controls.
Unmanaged Consultation Flow:Doctor availability, clinic wait times, and booking lacked the structured scheduling and patient visibility that modern users expect.
Solution Delivered
NeuraDynamics designed and built a three-module healthcare super-app with a white-label layer at its core. The platform needed to serve fundamentally different operators, hospitals, D2C brands, insurers, from a single maintained codebase, each believing it was built just for them.
Module 01: Pharmacy
Evital catalogue integration
Medicine search and category browse
Prescription upload and validation
Sell by strip or unit
Multiple payment modes and delivery slots
Admin discount and SKU management
Module 02: Lab Tests
Blood tests, X-ray, MRI, and health packages
Add tests to cart with profile selection
Home slot booking
In-house catalogue with enable/disable controls
Separate SKU management
Module 03: Doctor Consultation
Online and in-clinic booking
Location-based doctor search
Real-time slot availability
Tentative visit time display
DocPharma integration
Prescription-triggered redirect
Deployment Scenarios
For Hospitals and Clinics:Deploy a branded pharmacy and consultation app aligned to the hospital’s patient journey, with in-clinic booking and DocPharma integration for live availability.
For D2C Brands and Insurers:Launch a fully branded consumer health app with the operator’s own SKU catalogue, insurance-linked ordering, and a configurable discount engine.
Platform-Wide Features
White-Label Admin Panel:Operators customise logo, theme, banner content, and featured categories from a dedicated admin console, no code changes required.
Order Lifecycle Management:Full status tracking: Received, In Process, Out for Delivery, Delivered, plus Pending Transaction, Cancelled, and Transaction Failed states.
Order Statistics Dashboard:Total orders, pending, completed, AOV, top-selling medications, repeat order rate, and geographic distribution, all filterable by date range.
Inventory and Catalogue Management:Admins manage SKUs, enable/disable products, create category-level and product-level discounts, and control what appears on the app in real time.
Prescription Upload Flow:Customers upload prescriptions directly from product pages. If unavailable, they are routed seamlessly into the doctor consultation flow.
Corporate and Insurer Account Linking:Supports linking user accounts to corporate health benefit schemes and insurer platforms, enabling covered purchases and eligibility validation.
Operator Request Management:Operators approve or reject customer requests through a dedicated console with full enable/disable visibility across lab tests and product listings.
Super Admin Governance:A top-level super admin creates and manages operator admin accounts, controlling which features and modules each deployment has access to.
Delivery Approach
A platform spanning pharmacy, diagnostics, and consultations, with a white-label layer on top, required disciplined sprint planning, AI-assisted development tooling, and experienced engineers at every integration point. The white-label layer was built as a core architectural concern from day one: adding a new operator requires configuration, not code changes.
Discovery and Product Architecture:Requirements and meeting notes were translated into a structured product specification. User personas (consumer, operator admin, super admin) were mapped and module boundaries defined before development started.
Phased Sprint Delivery:Modules were delivered in parallel sprints with regular client reviews: pharmacy with Evital integration first, then lab tests, then the consultation flow, each sprint closing with a working demo.
AI-Accelerated Development:AI tooling was used throughout, from scaffolding Evital catalogue parsers to generating order state machine logic and admin dashboard queries, reducing build time on high-volume tasks without compromising reliability.
Senior Engineers at Every Integration Point:Evital, DocPharma, payment gateways, and insurer account linking were each reviewed and owned by senior engineers, with security, data integrity, and failure handling treated as first-class concerns.
Extensible Multi-Tenant Architecture:Each operator gets isolated configuration, branding, SKUs, discounts, feature toggles, managed via a super admin hierarchy. Adding a new operator requires configuration, not code changes.

Impact and Outcomes
One Platform, Many Markets:The client can serve hospitals, D2C brands, and insurers from a single maintained codebase, dramatically reducing go-to-market time for every new operator deployment.
Unified Consumer Experience:Consumers access pharmacy, diagnostics, and doctor consultations from a single app, with a familiar experience and unified order history across all three modules.
Operator Independence:Operators launch branded health apps with full control over inventory, discounts, and feature visibility, without depending on the development team for day-to-day changes.
Configuration-First Scalability:New operator types, inventory sources, and consultation partners can be onboarded through configuration, not custom builds, making the platform inherently extensible.
Integrated Patient Journey:Hospitals benefit from integrated clinic scheduling, in-clinic wait time visibility, and a prescription-to-consultation flow that keeps patients within their ecosystem.
Benefit-Linked Ordering:Insurers and corporates can link employee or policyholder accounts, enabling covered medicine purchases and diagnostic bookings aligned to benefit schemes.
Conclusion
One platform, white-labelled for a hospital, a D2C brand, and an insurer, each believing it was built just for them. Fledge Health, built by Neura Dynamics, delivers a genuinely multi-tenant healthcare commerce platform that scales across business models without scaling engineering effort.
