About the news
The updates are designed to help enterprises build AI agents, connect them to business systems and data, and move them into production with less custom work.
Key additions include:
- Natural-language agent creation — SnapGPT can now generate complete agent and MCP Server pipelines directly from natural-language prompts. This reduces the manual assembly of agentic workflows. Extra improvements include persistent chat history and the ability to save AI-generated pipeline descriptions.
- 545 prebuilt agentic tools — These pipeline patterns expose services from 44 enterprise technologies as standardized MCP servers. Agents can retrieve data, take actions, and automate tasks across systems without teams building each integration from scratch.
- Amazon Bedrock RAG support — Three new Snaps (MKB Retrieve, MKB Agentic Retrieve, and MKB Ingest Documents) connect SnapLogic pipelines directly to an Amazon Bedrock Managed Knowledge Base. Teams can ingest and query enterprise content from a pipeline without writing custom retrieval or ingestion code.
Why it matters
The company positions these changes as a way to shorten the path from AI experimentation to production use while keeping governance and control in place.
