How we combined exam preparation, AI-generated practice and voice-based interview simulations into one e-learning platform for learners, domain experts and administrators.
Project overview
UAIM is an AI-powered e-learning platform that combines exam preparation and technical interview practice in one ecosystem. Learners study and take mock exams and test series, candidates practise interview skills through AI-driven simulations, and domain experts can create and monetise interview bots.
The challenge
Learners lacked a single platform for study materials, MCQs, previous-year questions, and performance tracking. Candidates needed realistic interview simulations with meaningful feedback rather than static question lists. Domain experts had no structured way to monetise their knowledge, and administrators needed centralised control over users, content, payments, and interview-bot governance.
The solution
Study materials, AI-generated content, PYQs, and an online test series sit in one centralised environment. Realistic interview bots and voice-based simulations provide structured feedback. Experts can create, publish, and monetise interview bots, and admins control users, content, payments, subscriptions, and bots.
Our approach
We mapped user personas, requirements, and the product roadmap to create a scalable foundation, then delivered the platform through iterative sprints. AI was integrated across content generation, interview simulation, OCR, voice processing, and intelligent workflows, with secure authentication, monitoring, and CI/CD.
How it works
Learners access study materials, turn them into AI-generated questions, summaries, and practice activities, and take practice tests using previous-year questions. They then take realistic AI-driven technical interviews, receive structured feedback, and review performance to identify gaps.
Technical architecture
A shared application and data foundation connects learning, assessments, interviews, expert content, analytics, payments, and administration. An AI intelligence layer powers question generation, interview simulation, and evaluation. Learning materials are processed through OCR, extraction, and vector retrieval, while voice processing and transcripts support conversational interview practice.
Business impact
Industry benchmarks show AI learning platforms reporting 8%+ higher grades, 74%+ higher learner engagement, and 23% better test performance compared with traditional study materials.
