How a three-month build brought orders, inventory, repricing and analytics for Amazon and Walmart stores into one centralised workspace.
Project overview
Ecom360 is a multi-store e-commerce platform that brings orders, inventory, repricing, and analytics into one centralised workspace. Built for marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, it combines order management, inventory tracking, real-time integrations, and role-based access. The three-month project focused on simplifying and scaling everyday operations across multiple stores.
The challenge
Orders, inventory, and performance were fragmented across multiple stores. Inventory and order data had to stay updated across marketplaces, different platforms needed coordinating through one inventory control system, and complex operational data needed to be easier to navigate.
Our approach
We combined orders, inventory, repricing, and analytics in one workspace. API integrations keep store, inventory, and order data synchronised, and a multi-channel approach connects different marketplaces. Smart filters and visual analytics simplify order processing, while modular components and platform-agnostic connectors support growth.
Key capabilities
Teams manage multiple stores and marketplaces from one workspace, monitor inventory across connected stores, and organise orders across channels. Repricing tools track pricing, fees, and margins, and analytics show revenue, profit, and store performance.
Outcome
Stores, orders, and inventory are managed from a single platform. Teams have real-time operational and performance information, less complexity across multi-store workflows, and a structure that supports growing stores and connected marketplaces.
